Some of our clients have recently received correspondence from www.reg.com.au requesting payment of their company’s ASIC Annual Review fee. While it looks like an invoice, this is not from ASIC. The company charges $449.00 (with an option of $50.00 discount if paid earlier), compared to ASIC’s official annual review fee of $329.00. These notices from www.reg.com.au come out earlier than the ASIC issued genuine invoice.
